The 8th Annual General Meeting of FoSC will be held at 1800 hrs on Thursday April 29th via online conferencing facilities (Zoom)

You are invited you to our Annual General Meeting which this year will be held by online conferencing facilities (using ‘Zoom’ software) due to the exceptional circumstances of Covid-19. If you wish to attend please use the link below. If you do not already have Zoom installed, the Zoom website will guide you on how to download it. Pease allow yourselves sufficient time to download the software and join the meeting.

We will present the Reports of the Officers and vote for Committee Members. All Committee Members stand down annually but are eligible for re-election. All Members of FoSC are also eligible to stand for committee. If you wish to stand for election, please send in your nomination by 19th April to the Secretary (Anna Badcock) with a short statement (100 words or less) outlining why you are standing and what you can bring to the committee. We need to fill the post of Treasurer, and encourage all members to consider standing for this post.

The current Committee Members are: Martin Gorman (Chair); Anna Badcock (Secretary); Glynis Jones (Treasurer); John Baker (Membership Secretary); Ron Clayton; Nick Robinson; John Moreland; Clive Waddington; Hermann Beck; David Clarke; Leigh Bramall, Tom Moore and Ruth Morgan.

Only fully paid-up Members may vote at the meeting. Membership renewals were due at the beginning of January.
